Stuart started working for Blackwater Valley Countryside Partnership in December 2008, having previously worked as a ranger for Wokingham Borough Council.
He’s primarly responsible for our Tuesday vounteer group, so if you want to know about volunteering opportunities with us he’s the person to talk to. He is also repsonsible for organising our community and corporate days - and the one in the team who wears the funny hats!
Stuart spends more time out of the office than in, working to improve the Valley for the benefit of wildlife and people. Basically that means he does everything from grass cutting and site maintenance to mending fences and rounding up escaped cattle.
