Sean Devereaux Park

Once gravel workings, the site has been restored to give much needed sports facilities for the local community. Cricket, football and hockey pitches are now managed by the local town council.

The completion of this site helped RMC Aggregates (now Cemex) win the prestigious Cooper Heyman cup awarded for gravel pit restoration.
