3 Roe Deer - when surprised on path they jumped over the river and ran off.

29 species of birds with the highlights being a Jack Snipe,
4 Common Snipe and 3 Reed Buntings.
8 Roe Deer also seen feeding in the meadow.

20 Golden Plover. About 800 Lapwing. All in a flock on new workings. Took off 15 minutes later and the Plovers formed a separate group that were last seen heading off north-west.
