Big Pond
This has been a popular mixed coarse fishery for many years and is now gaining a well deserved reputation as an excellent Catfish water. 
Fish stocks:
- Roach to 2lb
- Grass Carp to 18lb
- Carp to 23lb
- Koi Carp to 15lb
- Bream to 12lb
- Tench to 8lb
- Catfish to 28lb
- Perch
- Rudd
- Eels
Small Pond
This is a four-acre lake originally developed as a match fishery and its high density of fish make it an easy water. A session on the Small Pond is a treat for anyone who likes to see a bend in their rod whatever their experience. In fact the carp bite so fast and furious that only one rod is allowed or needed.
Fish stocks mainly:
- Carp from 1-14lb
- Roach to 1.5lb
- Bream and Tench to 4lb
- Rudd
- Perch
